Stages and deliverables
While each consultancy assignment is unique and tailored to your specific needs, a structured process ensures the effectiveness of our intervention and the clarity of the expected results. Here are the typical stages and deliverables of an assignment:
Phase 1: Project definition and scoping
Stage 1.1: Exploratory meetings and preliminary diagnosis: we organise meetings with key stakeholders (management, department heads, project teams) to gain an in-depth understanding of your organisation's context, challenges, objectives and specific expectations. We carry out an initial analysis of the information available to identify critical areas and potential opportunities.
Deliverables: minutes of meetings, summary note of the preliminary diagnosis, identification of key points and questions for further investigation.
Stage 1.2: Definition of the scope and objectives of the assignment: on the basis of the preliminary diagnosis, we jointly define the precise scope of the assignment (areas of intervention, exclusions), the objectives and the Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of our intervention.
Deliverables: detailed scoping note, definition of objectives and KPIs, identification of stakeholders and their roles.
Stage 1.3: Drawing up the value proposition and commercial offer: we formalise our understanding of the requirements and our proposed approach in a detailed commercial offer. This sets out our methodology, provisional schedule, fee structure and the added value we are committed to delivering.
Deliverables: detailed value proposition, commercial offer including methodology, team, schedule and fees.
Stage 1.4: Validation and launch of the assignment: once the offer has been validated, we make our commitment official by signing a contract or an assignment letter. A kick-off meeting is organised to align the teams, confirm the schedule and the terms of collaboration.
Deliverables: signed contract or engagement letter, engagement launch plan.
Phase 2: Analysis and in-depth diagnosis
This phase is dedicated to a detailed investigation of the issues identified. Data collection and analysis, interviews and workshops are used to obtain an exhaustive view of the situation.
Stage 2.1: Data and information collection: we implement the appropriate data collection methods (individual and group interviews, questionnaires, documentary analysis, process observation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis).
Deliverables: interview guides, questionnaires, databases collected, interview transcripts.
Stage 2.2: Analysis and diagnosis: we analyse the data collected using our proven tools and methodologies to identify the root causes of problems, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We structure our conclusions in the form of a precise, substantiated diagnosis.
Deliverables: analysis reports, process mapping, identification of gaps and levers for improvement.
Stage 2.3: Presenting the diagnosis and validating the findings: we present our preliminary conclusions and diagnosis to your teams to gather their reactions, validate our findings and ensure a shared understanding of the issues.
Deliverables: presentation of the diagnosis, workshops to validate the findings.
Phase 3: Development of recommendations and solution scenarios
Based on the validated diagnosis, we develop concrete recommendations and solution scenarios to achieve the objectives set.
Stage 3.1: Idea generation: in collaboration with your teams.
Deliverables: lists of ideas and potential solutions.
Stage 3.2: Evaluation and prioritisation of solutions: we evaluate the different solutions according to predefined criteria (feasibility, impact, cost, risks, timescales) and prioritise them in line with your strategic objectives and constraints.
Deliverables: solutions evaluation, prioritisation recommendations.
Stage 3.3: Development of detailed recommendations and action plans: we formalise the solutions selected into detailed recommendations, including implementation stages, responsibilities, resources required, deadlines and monitoring indicators. We draw up concrete, operational action plans.

Phase 4: Implementation and support (optional, depending on the assignment)

Deliverables: implementation monitoring dashboards, steering committee minutes, risk management plans.
Stage 4.2: Team support and training: we support your teams in adopting the new practices and tools, and offer training to develop their skills.
